skate deck - almost final photo


This photo is before two coats of clearcoat.  Painted for the bridge to skate program.  I used a combination of mediums; pastel, aerosol, lacquer, acrylic, and metal powder.  The metal powder makes the surface magnetic while adding some interesting texture to the piece, lacquer was the bonder for the metal to stick.  click the image to zoom~
